The complex rests on 30 hectares of land divided between vast green spaces, parks, water sources and breathtaking views, giving life to different structures connected by underground corridors or elegant internal streets, to create a real hamlet divided into six elegant housing complexes that contain 134 rooms, for which a linear and contemporary style has been chosen, with warm colors and materials that adapt gently to the hilly nature.
Thanks to its favorable hilly position, the resort offers sports courses to allow guests of all ages and levels of athletic training to fully experience the beauty of the surrounding areas. Through an App that can be downloaded for free on your smartphone, you can choose between routes of different lengths and difficulties: from the simplest and most relaxing walks between the rows and olive groves of the farm to routes of higher difficulty for lovers of jogging and bike tours. Our Gravel cycling routes have variable mileage from 10 to 54 km to discover the beauties of the area surrounding the resort, such as the famous village of Dozza, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.
A Unique SPA
Returning from sporting leisure, a 3700 square meter spa awaits the guest between outdoor pools and indoor wellness paths. In 2021, the traditional path of over 1700 square meters is enriched with two new areas that see the present territory with an original and unique offer: the White Gold Quarry and the Grotta dei Calanchi. To complete the wellness offer, rooms dedicated to Ars Vivendi rituals, where you can find harmony and well-being between body and mind
Restaurants
Three restaurants offer regional and international specialties, always respecting the territory and using raw materials at km 0 of excellence. Thanks to our farm, our guests can enjoy dishes with seasonal products as well as a selection of extra virgin olive oils and wines from the surrounding vineyards.
Il Palazzo
The sophisticated, stylish interiors, perfectly accompanying the historical setting of the Villa, combine with a cuisine that exalts noble tastes and a strong local tradition which is also focussed on a new contemporary approach. The five elegant, discreet dining rooms can accommodate up to 50 people, while a separate dining room for 24 may be booked for special occasions.
Aurevo
Aurevo is a tribute to our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Gold of these lands, precious fruit of the olive groves that today draw the profile of the resort, that has become the soul of our kitchen: a direct, contemporary and sustainable cuisine, a meeting between Emilia Romagna Region and Italian excellences, the result of the work of a team of young and creative chefs, capable of giving new life to tradition.
Pizzas are also available from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
Le Marzoline
Is a homage to the typical “trattoria” of the bolognese area, immersed in the lush greenery of the hills surrounding Varignana.
An ancient 2 floors country house completely restored and designed to accommodate a total of 90 people in the indoor area, while during the summertime another 100 can be accomodated in the charming exterior dehor.
