Conceived as an extensive Resort, it is divided into three charming Villas that house the Wellness Suite Spa and comfortable rooms. The Villas are connected by paths lined in fragrant, aromatic herbs, and represent the ideal place to set off on your bike to discover the hidden beauty of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.
Restaurant Invinum
The Invinum Gusto Gourmet restaurant, under the expert guidance of the Chef and his collaborators, offers dishes which enhance the typical features of the territory and its traditional recipes. To truly reflect the connection to the territory of these characteristic dishes, together with the organic agricultural products of our farm, like the wines of the Altarocca Winery and the extra virgin olive oil from the Altarocca oil mill, based on seasonal availability, we select the best typical products, preferably organic and kilometer zero, like the meats and the Cinta Senese cured meats, Ficulle saffron, Spello chickpeas, Castelluccio lentils, Cannara onions and Fabro truffles.
Wine Spa
If you desire to live an all-natural experience that combines the taste of Umbria and wellness, while rediscovering the harmonic union between your body and mind, the two sun-kissed pools, the Iacuzzi for two, the intimate, regenerating and refined Wine Spa, and the panoramic Tecnogym-equipped gym are just some of the exclusive, dedicated services offered to our guests, designed to help you achieve the perfect symbiosis.
After spending a busy day of excursions in the area surrounding the Resort, the only thing left to do is relax in the warm and fragrant Altarocca Wine Spa, 480 square meters designed and built to offer our guests an undisturbed break of pure well-being.
The Private Spa, dedicated to those who want to be pampered with charm, offers a select choice of personalized treatments and rituals of oil and wine therapy to be experienced as a couple in a private and safe way. The benefits of the organic oil and wine of the Frantoio and Cantina Altarocca are contained in the products of the natural cosmetic line, in a harmonious blend of science and nature.

Wine Experiences
The care and passion that the Altarocca world has for the land that surrounds us are fully expressed in the WINE EXPERIENCE. Conceived in two different moments, the experience begins with a walk through the vineyards, guided by the sommelier to discover the organic philosophy and will continue with a visit to the cellar. The second phase will take place in the Bistrot, where our Chef will delight you with a three-course light lunch expertly paired with four wines from the “Cantina Altarocca” for tasting.
Wine tasting
The panoramic terrace of Villa Gualtieri will be a suggestive setting for tasting the wines of “Cantina Altarocca”, a representation of the complete expression of the territory in which the company is located. By choosing the Wine Tasting experience, you can taste four wines from our organic production, accompanied by a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses. During the tasting, the sommelier will be able to explain the production process, the company philosophy and the characteristics of the wines.
Our Spa
In the “Exclusive Spa Rilievo”, you will be enveloped in a cloud of warmth and scents from the emotional showers and massaged by the pleasant jets of water in the heated pool. Your body will be regenerated thanks to the purifying properties of the Finnish sauna, the Turkish bath, the soft sauna and the Mediterranean bath and reinvigorated by the thermal contrast of the ice waterfall. You can lose yourself in a new meditative dimension by floating on the heated waterbeds in the meditation room. The panoramic relaxation room and the comfort of its suspended deck chairs will frame a unique moment, in which well-being and taste meet in a tasty aperitif, with the bubbles of the Spumante Rosato Brut “Rilievo” wine from Cantina Altarocca.
