Two intimate rooms of about 18 square meters, with well-kept environments, painted with natural colors and which recall ancient noble glories. Bathrooms with showers and chromatic games, lamps of fine craftsmanship that welcome you on a suggestive journey of luminous atmospheres. One of these rooms also has a balcony. Deluxe rooms
of approximately 22 m2, they are rooms with well-kept environments, painted with natural colors and furnished with refinement. Deluxe Large rooms
Rooms of 25 m2, equipped with a small corner used as a sitting area, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and play of lights created by chromotherapy. Characterized by elegant, refined furniture details and finely restored, these large rooms enhance the typical Umbrian architectural elements in a contemporary way. La Deluxe Family
Of approximately 35 m2, the room consists of a double bed and a small mezzanine where there are two single beds and a large bathroom with shower with chromotherapy system, it is suitable for two adults and two children. Every detail is finely cared for; It is characterized by antique wood finishes and fine floors. Entrance to the Spa is on request.
The Restaurant
The Locanda del Cavaliere restaurant welcomes its guests from breakfast to dinner under the stars. The kitchen offers menus with baskets of perfumes from the Valnerina hills, the recipes change depending on the seasons and harvests. Wild asparagus, flowering courgettes and above all “the prized Umbrian black”, a truffle with a unique scent and dark pulp streaked with white, are the ingredients that will never be missing from the Chef’s recipes. Finally, wild herbs will be the basis of a cuisine that has its roots in its territory. The legume soups and homemade pasta are a must.
Wellness Area
Spa Torre del Nera is located inside the medieval fortress: 400 square meters of wellness, carved out of the rock of the ancient village. The swimming pool area, with heated water, hydromassage and waterfall, welcomes us in reserved spaces along the edge of the pool, illuminated by four braziers and in front of bright windows overlooking the terraced garden.
